Piri Piri Glaze

A fiery Portuguese herb and chilli blend with a generous twist of tangy lemon

Ingredients 

Sugar, Rice Flour, Spices, Maltodextrin, Salt, Dried Glucose Syrup, Modified Starch (Maize), Acidity Regulators (Sodium Diacetate, Citric Acid), Yeast Extract (Sulphite), Dried Onion, Stabiliser (E415), Herb, Natural Flavouring, Colours (Paprika Extract, Carmine).

Method

1. Slice meat as required.

2. Coat in the glaze and leave to absorb the flavours for 30 minutes.
