Classic Oriental egg noodle nests containing wheat flour and whole egg


WHEAT flour (containing iron, vitamin B3, vitamin B1, calcium carbonate), pasteurised whole EGG (3%), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), colour (beta carotene), firming agents (potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate)


TO BOIL: Immerse dry noodles in boiling water and continue boiling for 6 minutes. Refresh in cold water and drain. TO SOAK: Immerse dry noodles in boiling water and soak for 20 minutes. Refresh noodles in cold water and drain. IMPORTANT: WHILST SOAKING DO NOT STIR THE NOODLES AS THEY MAY BREAK UP.
