- Approx. 2Kg Fresh boneless turkey breast joint, skin on

Please note that the steak pie is supplied FROZEN, ready to be defrosted, glazed and baked in the oven.
Pie cooking guidelines: If frozen, defrost thoroughly (best to leave it in your fridge overnight to defrost). Glaze with egg or milk and cook for 40 - 50 mins at 200C to reheat the stew and cook the pastry. Make sure that the stew is piping hot. These are guidelines only, ovens vary.
