Loyalty Points
This is a guide on how take part in the Falleninch Loyalty Scheme to earn and use points on orders at Falleninch Farm whether is online through our website or in the Butcher’s Shop.
Sign up/Login as a Customer
To enrol into the Loyalty Scheme customers can sign up by clicking the ‘sign up’ button at the top right or in the main menu on mobile devices. Just enter your details and you’re ready to go.
If you already have an online account with us, just login as usual with the ‘login’ button, before placing an order.
Using Loyalty Points
Customers can use their loyalty points and spend them when placing an order. The customer’s loyalty balance is visible after logging in under ‘my account’.
Every 100 points are worth £1 and the minimum points to spend is 500 points.
When a customer has a loyalty point balance of 500 points or more, an option to spend them will be shown on step 4 of the checkout process. Points can be spent in increments of 500.
Earning Loyalty Points
A registered customer automatically earns points when placing an order. A customer needs to be logged in or sign up during the checkout process. Loyalty Points can only be earned on the order amount, so this excludes discounts, supplemental charges, or delivery charges.
For every £1 you spent, you receive 1 point.
